  • Advanced Quality Planner (m/f/d)

    Full-time

    Task + Challenge

    • Analysing and determining customer requirements and specifications Creation, application and adaptation of automotive core tools and relevant AQP documents Management of the relevant applications in the integrated CAQ system Definition of sampling scopes with customers and suppliers Supervision, monitoring and coordination of the relevant work packages in the project process Support for the timely achievement of project goals and milestones

    Qualifications + Profile

    • Successfully completed technical studies, technician training or similar qualification in quality management Several years of professional experience in advance quality planning High level of expertise in knowledge and handling of automotive core tools Independent and structured way of working Moderation skills and presentation skills towards customers and suppliers If possible, knowledge of the plastics industry, automotive industry Experience in the OEM environment desirable

  • Process mechanic in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d)

    Specialist in molded parts in 3-shift operation

    Duties + Challenges

    • Set up, start up and monitor production
    • Optimization of the use of machines, materials and personnel
    • Sampling of series, prototype and modified tools
    • Reduction of cycle times through process, tool, machine and peripheral optimization taking into account the required quality
    • First piece release and documentation of the production release based on the existing test instructions and test plans

    Qualifications + Profile

    • Completed technical training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber, specializing in molded parts, or many years of professional experience as an adjuster, also with 2K and internal gas pressure applications
    • several years of professional experience as a process mechanic
    • Ability to lead and motivate the subordinate staff
    • Independent and structured way of working
    • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German

    • Apprenticeship to Process Mechanic for Plastic and Rubber Technology (Moulding Parts) (m/f/d)

      Do you find chemical applications and the discovery of new materials fascinating?

      Plastics and rubbers are all around us on a daily basis. As a process mechanic you will know their secrets. From the very beginning, you will be involved in the use and production of injection moulding machines. This will involve the challenging task of processing and the mass-production of technical plastic parts and various plastic materials.

      As a process mechanic, you will plan and manufacture products, set up the appropriate production machines and equipment, retrofit them, put them into operation and control the production process. You will also be responsible for subsequent product inspections and minor maintenance activities.

      This is what we need from you:

      • Ideally a school Leaving Certificate (Grade 10 or higher)
      • Good grades in mathematics and chemistry.
      • An interest in technology.

      You are perfect for the job if you:

      • Work carefully and accurately.
      • Are skilled with your fingers.
      • Have a good imagination and can think spatially.

    Parallel Work Experience for Students

    Many students take the opportunity to enter the working einvironment as a working student alongside their studies, to gain experience and to finance their studies. We offer you the opportunity to work up to a certain number of hours per week. The number of hours is individually agreed in advance between the student and the department.
